Casa Morana sun-dried cherry tomatoes, as the old traditional recipe requires. After being carefully selected and cut, the tomatoes are salted and exposed to the direct rays of the Sicilian sun, in a gradual drying process that follows the rhythm of nature. This recipe, derived from the culinary culture of the region, allows us to enjoy the wonderful flavour of these fruits of the earth even during the winter months.
Our dried cherry tomato is ideal between two slices of bread, perhaps with the addition of a pinch of fresh oregano. It is also ideal for quick and easy preparation of appetisers and snacks such as rustic bruschettas, piadinas and canapés. You can still use it to flavour your various recipes with the sweet taste of tomato.
