For generations, our family has been dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables and, in particular, of the many varieties of Sicilian tomatoes, in open fields and greenhouses. Our methods follow the rules of nature: ours is a natural cultivation, in which traditional methods are combined with innovative technologies, fully respecting the life cycle of the plants.
For all tomato cultivations, we have chosen to adopt the out-of-soil method by integrating a state-of-the-art fertirrigation system that allows us to measure and dose water consumption according to the real needs of the plant. Integrated pest management also allows us to naturally defend our crops from harmful diseases or insects and to obtain a natural and genuine tomato that preserves, intact, all its organoleptic characteristics, taste and fragrance.
The various certifications acquired over the years (such as ISO 22000) guarantee organoleptic qualities and food safety ‘from the field to the table’, based on fundamental control elements recognised internationally by all operators in the sector.
