Casa Morana passata is designed to impart a sweet tomato flavour to all preparations, thanks to its simple ingredients – only fresh tomatoes and salt. In the variant specifically for pizzerias, it is characterised by a pulpy consistency, making it ideal for pizza preparation. This sauce is the result of constant research and application of suggestions from pizza makers and chefs working for Casa Morana

Without preservatives or additives, it is processed in an artisanal way, with exclusively Sicilian tomatoes, carefully grown and selected. In this way, we ensure that the consumer can enjoy a product as if it were freshly made and that preserves intact the smell and flavours of the culture of our land of Sicily.
