Gli ingredienti sono protagonisti di un gioco di sapori basati su salato e dolce. il gusto aromatico de amaro degli asparagi viene addolcito ed equilibrato dal gamberone, dalla seppia e dalla crema di mozzarella. Non aggiungiamo sale perchè sfruttiamo il gusto ricco del patè di pomodororini Casa Morana, la nota croccante è data dalla patata dolce fritta e dal pistacchio.
