We have been experts in tomato production for generations. Over time, we have taken care to improve cultivation methods, integrating new technologies but remaining faithful to the teachings of the past.

The Casa Morana tomato capuliato is an example of the ingenuity and refinement of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition. The tomato is first salted and dried in the sun and then chopped, and even if transformed, it retains all the sweetness of the tomato as if it had just been picked. This preserve is an excellent and simple sauce for pasta, gnocchi and risotto. It also enriches meat and fish main courses or can be used to flavor your recipes.
We have dedicated a line of our preserves to restaurateurs, chefs and pizza makers. Professionals of the trade who, in their kitchens, love to evoke the flavours of Sicilian tradition and who therefore seek products that live up to their expectations.
